Reconstructing a broken software RAID5

Licensing requirement
You need File Scavenger® with either the Professional-Use license or the Personal-Use license with RAID reconstruction.
RAID settings
You need to know the following settings:
Reconstruction procedure
- Start File Scavenger. Select Quick Search. Click Advanced Volumes.
- Select RAID 5. Choose the number of disks.
- Select Backward symmetric or Forward asymmetric parity rotation.
- Choose the 64 KB Block Size and click Next.
Note that Network Attached Storage (NAS) servers based on Windows may be modified by vendors to use a different block size.
- Select the disks in the correct order. For each disk, specify the Partition or the
First Sector value and click Add.
- Click Finish after all disks have been selected.
Use the Long Search if the Quick Search does not succeed.
