Maximum number of error messages: The most number of lines that will be written to this window. A larger value will require more computer memory (RAM).

Apply: Applies the new maximum.

When maximum error count is reached, overwrite old messages:
Check this box to cause the error message display to wraparound when the limit is reached. Clear this box to stop displaying new error messages when the limit is reached.

Save: Saves the displayed error messages to a file. Do not save them to the drive holding the lost data.

Close: Closes this dialog.
